We had a family vacation and rented two homes side by side. It was a wonderful experience and this management company is the best… and we have had experience with many. I would highly recommend renting from Big Sky Vacation Rentals. Our homes, Black Eagle 31 and 32 were perfect for our extended family.

Property Manager: BSVR provided exceptional service as always. That's why we come back every year. Property: Both BE 31 and BE32 were great homes. We had less people this year due to COVID-19 so the fact that BE32 was only a 3-bedroom was an issue. Both homes were well outfitted.

The pictures don't do the justice. This cabin was unreal and the proximity to the ski lifts in only a 2 minute walk. We will not hesitate to book another stay in Black Eagle 32

The home is beautiful but not sure of the "true"? ski in & out situation. The biggest issue upon arrival was there was gum ( yes chewed gum ) in my sheets in the master bedroom ??. They changed the bedding but I was a little turned off! Location to the mountain village is great. I would say that someone should look into the heating and hot water...... the master was 1000 degrees at all time no matter what we did to the settings and the upstairs was freezing.. finally heated upstairs but needed windows open at night to sleep comfortably.. also holy hot water like burn your hands situation. That should be addressed before someone sued ( McDonald's coffee)

Loved the property. Their were only 4 of us so we had ooodles of space. Loved the spa & true ski in (and a very small walk to the lift!). Everything worked as expected. If I had to find fault, I would say that the lighting was a little dim for us (maybe that's a US thing!). All in all, I'd come back in a heartbeat! Thanks soo much! This is our third year renting a Black Eagle Condo over Thanksgiving. They are beautiful. The garage is stocked with firewood, there is great storage for ski gear, the kitchen is beyond equipped, there's plenty of space for everyone, the lifts are easily walkable, and the hot tub is always ready and waiting for us. This year we left behind our daughter's beloved teddy bear and the next day the amazing staff had taken a picture of him to show her he was okay and had him on his way home via FedEx. Black Eagle Condos have become our family's happy place. Fantastic work, Big Sky Vacation Rentals!

We had a fabulous time in Big Sky. This property is exceptional. The location couldn't be better. The views out the massive windows are breathtaking. There wasn't anything lacking in the townhome. Love, love the welcome basket with paper towels, laundry soap... Check in and out was the easiest anywhere that we have ever been. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Bathrooms are stocked with paper goods and shampoo/conditioner. Plenty of towels even for the inviting hot tub. We actually had some warm weather so we welcomed the oscillating fans that were available in each closet! No detail missed! Convenient walking distance to restaurants, small market and resort. For hikes don't miss Beehive Basin and Ousel Falls. In summer make sure to take the Lone Peak Expedition. Chair lift, jeep ride and gondola ride to get to the top of the Lone Peak Mountain. Well worth the $$. Soldiers Chapel worth a stop to pay respects to our heroes. We took a day trip to Yellowstone. Bit disappointed in Ol' Faithful but off the bucket list. Ted Turners property about 30 minutes away. Cars are allowed to drive but not stop on his property. Saw some of his bison. More to do but we ran out of time. Were happy to come back to the property each day. I can imagine how wonderful it is in the winter watching the snow thru the windows and while sitting by the fire. Perfection!

Kitchen and living areas are great. Wonderful view of mountain. The beds were comfortable but bedspreads were ridiculously heavy and not practical as a bed cover. Also, topper on king bed on first floor was several inches (20 inches) narrower than mattress. Kitchen was very well appointed and a perfect space for several people to work simultaneously in preparing meals and cleaning up. The proximity to the slopes was convenient. We were able to ski on the road to the Poma lift. Had to side step about 20 feet up a slight incline to reach the lift. Alternately, we could walk the distance carrying skis in about 10 minutes. The ski-in was easy for a competent intermediate skier. Loved the convenience of the heated garage and washer and dryer. The property was clean and well maintained. Would consider staying again.

We enjoyed the easy walk to the mountain village, for shopping and dining. If renting skis, use Lone Peak, as they have some great current ski demos. Ski out we skied to the poma lift which opens st 8:45, so you are at the main lifts when they open at 9:00. Ski in, we took the path behind the Cabin restaurant through the Arrowhead walkway down to road and then right to our garage. Heated garage with code was great. A bench in the garage would be a nice add. Bedding wasn't the best. Pizza carry out from Andiamos was a nice option. If using spa, make your reservations before you arrive, as it was booked. Would definitely recommend this beautiful condo, large windows, amazing views, and easy access to the slopes and village. Has everything you need.

Our party of 6 became a party of 8 and all were accomodated so well. There was everything we needed! House quite soundproof, fireplace amazing, proximity to skiing beyond stellar and the house itself was just perfect!!!

Wonderful property - the teenagers shared the loft/upstairs which left us parents with a quiet relaxing main floor. Ski in and ski out access was perfect - Rather than taking the mentioned return route, we skied in through the Arrowhead Condos from the bottom of Silver Knife, followed their "road/walkway"? and came out between the back of the condo and the first Arrowhead garage - no need to pole at all. Access to poma lift was convenient and easy. Obviously early and late season ski in/out access could be more problematic. It was an easy walk to the mountain village for restaurants and shopping. Boot dryer was great not only for boots but gloves and helmets as well. Well appointed kitchen - we had a couple of meals in and had access to all tools that we needed which made for some great elk burgers on the grill. Hot tub is private with easy access and a beautiful view of sunset over the peak after a full day of skiing. We have stayed in many different properties on and off the resort over the years and this has been by far our favorite and received high ratings from the teens as well. Looking forward to our next trip and will definitely stay in the Black Eagle area again.

We so enjoyed our stay at #32! We were so close to the Village where we took our grandchildren for a ton of fun for a whole day. We were just around the corner to the lake. The windows that looked out to the mountains were a wonderful surprise! This condo was just perfect for all of us.

Just returned from a week in Big Sky and loved staying at Black Eagle #32. The location is fantastic -- not only ski-in/ski-out, but a quick and easy walk to the mountain village. The management company was great to work with -- from the reservation process, to the on-site orientation to check-out. The home is exactly as pictured. It's very comfortable and well appointed. We've stayed at a number of properties in Big Sky and Black Eagle #32 is one of our favorites. Would definitely stay there again.

Its proximity to Yellowstone and Bozeman, makes this home an excellent choice for a memorable family vacation With enough space to give independence for every guest, this house is highly recommendable .... worth the rate

Fabulous, luxurious property 5 minutes from the shops and lifts. This three story property is about as close to the base area as you can get. The three bedrooms are well furnished and bathrooms are well stocked with toiletries and towels. The kitchen has all the appliances and amenities you may need. The hot tub is just outside the laundry room door and is a wonderful place to de-frost the legs after a hard day's skiing. The one car garage has ski boot dryers. The management company were fantastic. They came to show us around the property within minutes of our arrival and then sent someone over 10 minutes after we needed help with the TV set-up (quickly resolved). Perfect for three couples, a large family or two young families. We will definitely return.

I stayed at Black Eagle with my wife and kids, and we loved it. It is a big and beautiful house with great location. We could ski in - ski out, and the lifts and Mountain Village is a short 3 min walk. The unit had everything we needed and the jacuzzi was great.

We so enjoyed staying @ this Black Eagle condo again. The location is so great for accessing the slopes & the village this condo fulfulls everything one could ask. The new Arrowhead garages going up nearby will provide more privacy for the hot tub. The management team is superlative- we've stayed in many VRBO properties thruout the country & no other is as fine as this one!

Fabulous! Black Eagle 32 was the perfect location for our 2 families who spent a week at Big Sky. There was more than enough room for 4 adults, 3 tweens and 2 teens to spread out and never feel crowded. The condo is beautifully finished, spacious, clean and well maintained. Big Sky is an incredible ski area and we keep discovering new favorite runs. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Black Eagle 32, Big Sky Resort and Big Sky Vacation Rentals (BSVR). We can give Kirsten, Jackie and the BSVR team the highest recommendation for customer service. This is our second time renting from them and they have been the most responsive, diligent and incredible team that we have ever dealt with. If only I could get them to look after the rest of our lives.....

This place was a paradise. RIght on the ski hill, snow falling all around, fire in the big stone fireplace in a gorgeous living room adjoined to a gourmet kitchen. Ski in-ski out access was so easy. We absolutely loved it. A luxury treat! And the staff at Big Sky Vac Rentals are unbelievable. They made our vacation so easy from the reservations, asking us what else we might need, checking in on us during our stay and thinking of every little thing that we might need...so we did not have to think at all! We have never worked with a better team! If you come to Big Sky, you have to call up Kirsten and her team at Big Sky Vac Rentals!

Had the most amazing time in Big Sky & this property & the property managers made our trip tremendous. The fit & finish of this home is really top notch! So appreciative of the actual face to face meet & greet with property features described & questions answered. Also appreciated the welcome treats. We couldn't have asked for better conditions so coming home to this house & the hot tub with the great views of the mountain was just icing on the cake. Great location- short walk to main lifts -we just aren't up for the Poma lift & I think it would have been just as much walking. The place was so nice we enjoyed having most of our meals at home- kitchen was very accommodating. We decided to leave our skis with Mark & Yo (great people with lots of great tips about the mountain who also have the Burger Barn- great buffalo burger!) at their overnight slope side ski check so the walk was a breeze. Had to get new skis to handle the powder & Lone Mountain Sports was great to work with! Demo'd for two day (no charge!) & felt no pressure, just a lot of patient help until I found my perfect ski. Fantastic trip this is the second time we rented thru these guys & we look forward to many more! Thanks to Kirsten, Kris & Kim

Black Eagle was the perfect location for a 5 night ski vacation for 5 people. Plenty of room to spread out, a gourmet kitchen fully equipped and the hot tub facing Lone Peak. The management did a great job having everything ready for our arrival and took personal care of activity recommendations and requests. Fantastic time and highly recommended. Definitely on par with other large-scale resorts except no lines and crowds.

This condo was beautiful and I think it is a relatively new development. This unit is on the corner of the main road that circles through Big Sky which I liked. I suppose it could be called ski in ski out but that depends on what you determine that to be. To ski out assuming there is snow on the road of the property, you do ski down to a Poma Lift to be pulled up to a point to ski down to the main village. Poma Lift in itself can be entertaining if you have not used one before. Then to ski in you would have to be a decent skier to do so. If you have beginner or timid intermediate skiers it would be hard. The kids did it one day because they can ski anything but after that decided it was even just easier to take skis off at the base and walk to the condo for lunch which was not terribly far away, just not right there. The other thing to be aware of is there is a lovely nice sized loft with pull out bed and TV but you would not want to say have teenagers in the other 2 rooms up there and then have young children or adults who wanted to go to bed earlier as they are all right there together. So thankfully we only had teens up there all on the same schedule. The 2 bedrooms upstairs share a shower and then there is a separate sink and commode area on each side. Condo was well stocked, more than any other condo we have ever stayed at as far as laundry supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Most I know of give you a little to get started and you are on your own after that. Property managers were the most organized I have ever worked with and I have rented vacation condos many years. The couple of things we had to call about, they had it taken care of within 2 hrs. They arranged our shuttle transportation, dinner reservations for the first night, things like that. The condo is beautiful and look just like the pictures- no surprises there. Glove warmers in the garage which was nice to get your gloves dried out. Nothing to do with the condo but make sure you overstock what food you need down in Bozeman before coming up because once up there it is a high price you pay. Ex: a case of water $8 on the mountain so don't underestimate what you need would be my advice.

Property Manager: Overall it was wonderful. Beautiful scenery from the porch as well as the location of the cabin. We had a wonderful time there. Property: We had an absolute wonderful time here, and didn't want to leave. The scenery of Black eagle 32 from the porch was amazing and the spacious layout of the kitchen/living room was wonderful. We appreciated the clean grill outside as well as having an indoor parking garage as well as a complete working furnaced kitchen, it really helped us save on food and provided us a great home feeling.
