Ship Skis:

You are welcome to ship your skis to us prior to your arrival. We will gather your ski bags or golf bags at our office. The delivery of the packages from our office to the home you are renting is free. The delivery fee, however, is shouldered by the guests. If you are sending oversized luggage/package, please call us and speak with a reservations agent.

How to ship: Use our trusted shipping services through Ship Skis. It's fast, easy, and your packages will be awaiting your arrival. Ship a luggage bag, hard plastic travel tube, or a cardboard box. For ease of use, you can schedule a shipment to be picked up from your home or business, or drop off at a local carrier.

Why ship through Ship Skis? Ship Skis has partnered with UPS and FedEx to provide reliable services at lower rates. You will receive $500 insurance on your shipment at no cost to you! You will also have a guarantee on your shipment. If your shipment does not arrive on the guaranteed delivery date, due to delays other than weather, Ship Skis will reimburse you with $200 to cover the costs for your winter or summer hardware rentals.

Shipping Direct: (Packages)

You are welcome to ship items to us prior to your arrival. We will gather your packages at our office. This service is complimentary for up to five (5) packages, per stay. If additional, or oversized deliveries are required during your stay, there will be an additional fee of $25 per package per delivery/pick-up applied to your guest reservation.

Please Note: WE CANNOT accept packages through US Postal Mail.

If you prefer to ship through a FedEx or UPS account, please follow the directions below for a smooth delivery. Please note we cannot accept packages through US Postal mail as they most likely will be returned or left unclaimed.

All packages must be addressed for delivery to our office and not directly to the home. Please address your package as follows: BSVR - Home Booked/Guest Last Name, 1569 Lone Mountain Trail, Big Sky, MT 59716-1490. Please note that FedEx and UPS may not recognize this address, but it is valid, and we receive packages on a daily basis.
All packages received will be collected, labeled, and stored in our office until the day of arrival. Your packages or items will then be delivered on your check-in date. The delivery of your items from our office to the home you are renting is complimentary. Please note that shipping your packages or items to Big Sky is not complimentary, and shipping fees will be covered by guests.
If we receive a package post-arrival, we will deliver your items the day AFTER the package is received. If you urgently need the package or item, you can pick it up at our office in the Meadow next to ACE Hardware.
If you wish to have us ship your packages or items back after your vacation, you MUST PROVIDE a pre-paid/printed return label from your shipper. Be sure to pack your bag the same way and attach your return shipping label. Your packages/items will be picked up upon your departure, brought to our office, and will be shipped the following day. If this service is required, please notify our office at 888-859-2650 or email inhouseguest@bookbigsky.com to make arrangements. Please note that only the pick up of your item/s from the home you are renting to our office is complimentary. Shipping fees back to your address will be shouldered by guests.
Please keep in mind that USPS does not deliver to Big Sky. There is also NO FedEx or UPS facility in Big Sky, and we have no way to use third-party account information to package items or get labels for you. This would require our staff to drive your items to FedEx in Bozeman or Mail, and More in Big Sky, and a handling charge will apply. The minimum charge for this service is $25 plus the cost of the label. If we must drive to Bozeman, the minimum charge starts at $75. No fee will be charged if you follow the shipping instructions correctly.
