Beautiful home with a great location to the slopes. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Great communication. I loved the text alerts and reminders your team provides. We will definitely be booking the same home again through your team next time too.

Property Manager: Some came by a shoveled off entry stair and exterior deck regularly Property: Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. Lots of space for family to spread out. Nice extras like fans and humidifiers. Boot dryers in the garage and laundry room were great.

Property Manager: timely , correct and professional Property: I would absolutely stay at this condo again. The furnishings are all first rate, attractive and comfortable. The unit feels solid and well constructed , everything worked as it should. The management company did a great job and the condo is in a perfect location. Property: The home was amazing! We enjoyed our stay so much. The skiing was great. Not a far walk from the house but we also skied in and out! We loved the hot tub on the deck and the size of the condo! We would definitely stay again!!

Property Manager: Everyone we worked with was outstanding. Every detail of the stay was covered. Anytime we needed anything for our stay they were right there to help. Property: This is a ski in ski out property. Once you are there no need to drive anywhere. Everything is within walking distance. The property is one of the nicest that I have stayed in and very well supplied kitchen.

Property: This townhouse had everything we needed - lockers to store our ski equipment, plenty of space, all the conveniences of a home - totally equipped kitchen, stocked with paper towels, trash bags, laundry/dish soap, etc. Great home to relax after a day of skiing, and so convenient to the slopes. Our kids had no problem walking the 5 minutes to the lifts.

Property Manager: As usual we received timely communication and instructions prior to our stay and a team member stopped by shortly after our arrival to assure that all was well and that we had all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. Property: Big Sky Is amazing and the Eagle Lodge was absolutely Wonderful- We took a Family Vacation 10 of us grandparents, aunt, daughter and 4 grandchildren. We can not praise the Eagle Lodge and the Rental Staff at Big Sky more then saying they are amazing. The Lodge was absolutely beautiful. The rooms and space was terrific. We wished we could of stayed longer. The kids especially loved the Hot Tub. It was an ideal place to stay with a big family. Lots of room and so much to do. No one got in each others way because the lodge was so large. We would go back again.

Property: Great place, crazy weather Black Eagle is a great place to stay. Amazing hot tub on deck, good space for groups, close to the village. June 2014 had snow, hail, thunder, lightning, rain, and sun..crazy! But being in the hot tub in the snow in June was also great. We were there for a conference and the resort had only opened a week and a lot of places were not open yet, but what was open was fine and friendly. We also used it as a base for hiking, riding, golf and visiting Yellowstone. It must be amazing for skiing.

Property: Close to Lifts Black Eagle 31 was the best. It was a 1/3 of the price that Big Sky Reservations was charging. We were a group of nine and had everything we needed. The house has 3.5+ bathrooms, full size washer & dryer, boot dryers, 2 coffee pots, beautiful kitchen, clean hot tub & gas grill on the deck, wood burning fireplace, & a short walk to lift. We made breakfast every morning and dinner every night. No need to go out unless you want to. Booking through Big Sky Vacation Rental was the best choice.

Property: We were a group of nine in Black Eagle. We couldn't have been more comfortable and happy with our house. The house was beautiful and a 1/3 of the price that Big Sky Reservations was charging. We cooked dinner every night and made breakfast every morning. It had 2 coffee pots, full size washer & dryer, boot dryers, clean hot tub, gas grill on the deck, 3.5+ bathrooms, 4 tv's. It snowed everyday we were there and someone came by everyday to shovel our balcony. If there were any questions or issues Big Sky Vacation Rentals came by & helped us right away. We will not stay anywhere else when we return. I wished we booked for two weeks instead.

Kirsten and team were extremely accommodating, helpful and I truly believe they would do anything to make sure their guests have the best time. Not only is the rental pretty much perfect, but Big Sky during the summer is wonderful. I was so pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the area, amount of activities, great weather, and great rental pricing. My only negative was that the sheets were a bit rough, but otherwise everything was top notch. They even helped us to order groceries so that our fridge and pantry were stocked upon arrival. I am definitely recommending this unit and management company to anybody as well as telling people to visit Big Sky in the summer.

Property: 5 Star accommodations- Beautiful- We really enjoyed our stay! Very nice accommodations with tasteful decorations. The hot tub was broken but was fixed with a new motor within 24 hours. Not exactly ski in/ ski out during our week because of melting snow (we were there late March) but a very very short walk to the base! It was the perfect size for two families. Lovely family style dining table and a loft for kids to play and watch TV/Wii upstairs. Kitchen well stocked including crock pot. couldn't have asked for a nicer place!

Property: Great Place- This is a very nice place.I would stay again and again.The service from the staff was very good and took care of all our needs.The ski in ski out is a little more work than we wanted but it is very close to the lifts anyway.Great place and about as good as it gets. Property Manager: Everything was great except for the cleaners being there when we got to house at a little after 4pm. Having traveled all day with kids was very frustrating not to be able to get in to settle in. Given issues checking in would have expected more in form of communication. I think we received one call just confirming there was an issue with cleaners getting there late but no follow up to let us know they were gone or to make sure the house was clean and we were ok. Property: Home was very nice and well appointed. Need more smaller cut wood to start fires with and in a separate pile from larger pieces.

We were wowed when we walked in the door! This home is stunning. The three levels of bedrooms gave everyone some privacy. The only negative is that the water pressure is weak, especially in the ground floor bathroom shower. This is one of the most well stocked kitchens that I have seen in a rental. The start up kit was filled with much needed supplies, such as, dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, dish soap, paper towels, and surface cleaner. The bathrooms had full shampoo, bath soap, conditioner, and body lotion dispensers. There were plenty of towels in each bathroom. Extra throw blankets in each room. There were Smart TVs in the living room and loft area. The hot tub was a great respite at the end of the ski day. The ski-in/ski-out was a bit tricky to maneuver, but we did figure it out eventually. We highly recommend Black Eagle 31!!

Great home with lots of open space. Close to base camp for ski rentals, shopping and dining. Ski in, ski out is a little tricky but we worked in out. We had a great time and will look to rent here again next year.

Wonderful stay at this property in Big Sky! I recommend going in the summer, as we did. There are many things to do hiking, biking and sightseeing. Going to the top of Lone Mountain is a must. The drive to Yellowstone is worth the trip. Olive B's has delicious healthy food and the steak at the Italian restaurant in Big Sky Resort Village was the best ever. This property was beautiful and had all that we needed to feel right at home. We would rent it again and recommend it to others.

Had a great time spending Memorial Day weekend in Big Sky. The property is perfect for Families with kids and the upstairs/loft was much bigger expected (much largerthan another Black Eagle unit we had rented through the resort last summer). BSVR accommodated our requests for high chairs and pack and plays right away. Had a great experience and would recommend this rental!

If you need room for 6 (as we did) this is the place for you. It has plenty of space for all and is conveniently located just walk a hundred or so yards up the hill and go skiing (unless you just want to ski in and out). The kitchen/great room is fantastic. The hot tub on the deck and a big fire every night were the perfect end to each evening. And, of course, the bowl games. It was the first time in a long time all 4 of our children (ages 21, 20, 18, and 13) all sat in the same room, talked, and watched the same show. As for Kirsten King and all the folks at Big Sky Vacation Rentals, they couldn't have been nicer. I'm thinking about putting them in the will. They answered all of our questions, as silly as some of them must have been, and made sure that all of the food and, more importantly, the beer and wine we ordered from the Hungry Moose was waiting for us. And talk about full-service!!! When my wife tore her ACL and MCL, Kirsten was kind enough to take her and pick her up from the clinic on the mountain. I know she (Kirsten) had other things to do that day, but she put them aside to help. We couldn't be more grateful. Our trip was fantastic, made even more so by the people we dealt with. We shall be returning just as soon as we've finished with surgery and rehab, and we will look no further than this townhouse and Kirsten when we do. Anyone considering Big Sky (no lift lines and fantastic people) should likewise take advantage of both.
