This was our second time staying in this home and our third time with Big Sky Vacation Rentals. The home has been renovated since our last stay and it is even more spectacular. It has everything needed to make you feel right at home. The skiers in my family loved the ski-in ski-out access. Being able to sit on the deck and enjoy hot beverages by the fire pit and watching skiers go by was one of my favorites. The family also loved coming in from a day of skiing and jumping into the hot tub to ease their weary muscles. We also hiked, rode snowmobiles and visited Yellowstone while there. The house was perfectly supplied with all the kitchen ware I needed to fix meals for them after long days of skiing. I am sure my family will visit again. They love it there. We tried Breckinridge for a change last year but after leaving everybody was in agreement that Big Sky was hands down so much better. Big Sky Vacation Rentals were very helpful and took great care of us. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We can’t wait until we see you again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Powder Ridge Cabin Oglala 2B in early August! Our family of 10 came from across the country to Big Sky for the first time and were blown away by the entire trip. The house is located really close to the Resort base area so it was a quick bike ride or walk down the hill to some action. The house is beautiful and seems recently remodeled. It has 5 big bedrooms and all of us were able to spread out and get some privacy. The views from the decks were incredible and we used the fire pit, grill, and hot tub every day. The kitchen was spotless and fully stocked so we cooked at home almost every night and ate at the large dining room table. Beds were really comfy and the bathrooms are all good sized. Overall 10/10 for this home and it would be incredible in the winter since it's right on the slopes!

The home is located in a beautiful area of Big Sky with scenic views of the mountains. On this trip, we had three young boys and eight adults, who enjoyed the hot tub and fuse-ball. From the hot tub we enjoyed the view as well as the moose that strolled by. We enjoyed the large deck with picnic table and fire pit. The home is comfortable as well as beautifully decorated. About an hour from the home is West Yellowstone's entrance. The drive is beautiful through mountainous valley with a river. We will recommend this property to family and friends!

Terrific place, all the features and comforts of home. Great time for 2 families and 7 of us in total. 3 levels but relatively small footprint so would have been tight for 10 or more, but for us it was great. No complaints just appreciative.

Great home for a week for our family of 12. 2 Grandparents, 3 Children with spouses and 4 grandchildren. Everyone was happy with their accommodations, the house is really well laid out. Easy to ski in-out, came back for lunch and short warm-up every day. Boots and gloves were quickly dried on the heater in the garage. Kitchen has plenty of cookware and dishes. Liked the eclectic stock of spices since we forgot ours. Fireplace was going every day with a well-stocked supply of firewood. Had fun jumping from the hot tub into the snow. Nobody watched TV the whole time. Wish we could have stayed another week!

We truly enjoyed this cabin. We were a family of 13 and had plenty of space. Nice amenities including a hot tub, fuze ball table and fire pit. Nice drive to yellowstone - about an hour. Great views from the cabin. Lots to do in and near big sky . Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This cabin was perfect for our ski vacation to Big Sky. Our group of 11 (6 adults and 5 teenagers) were very comfortable and we didn't feel cramped at all. The basement is a great teenager hangout. The cabin was also well stocked with firewood, trash bags, paper towels, and other items you typically have to purchase for a rental. The snow this year in early April caused the cabin to not be ski-in, ski-out, but the base is close and it was easy to drive and drop off skiers. The view from the kitchen was fabulous. Loved this place though and would definitely return!

Beautifully appointed home with incredible ski in/out access to the slopes. The house more than comfortably fit our group of 8 and served as the perfect ski vacation home. We enjoyed daily post-ski hot tub sessions with a view of the valley followed by relaxation time in front of the fire. The two large living/entertainment areas were great for watching movies. The house is well-wired - we were able to stream music via bluetooth through the speaker systems easily. Big Sky Vacation rentals does a good job stocking the house with necessary supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, hotel quality soap dispensers in the showers, endless supply of firewood, etc.). We will definitely seek out this house or a similar one offered by Big Sky Vacation rentals when we return to Big Sky!

Our family week in this perfect cabin was a true joy. We had twelve family members from four families. There was room for all and then some. We had superb attention from our BigSky Team. The kitchen was a pleasure for multiple cooks combined with using the gas grill every night. The most appreciated feature was the gas fire pit. We spent every night out on the huge deck chatting and laughing. Our family feels very fortunate to have found Kirsten who showed us this lovely Cabin and made all of the arrangements by email for our stay. Meghan came soon after our arrival to check on us and provide answers to any questions. She gave us first rate info on all of our plans for the week. Everything exceeded our expectations. Our cabin was the perfect spot for our extended family getaway in Big Sky, Montana. The cabin itself is great with the right combination of personal space, higher end amenities and gathering areas for a big group. The location is also great and we really enjoyed our visit. Amenities of note are the Hot Tub and Fire Pit, with both getting used daily. Big Sky is a great location as there are a ton of activities to do locally (Jake's Horses and Montana White Water are must do's!) as well as a great launching pad for excursions into Yellowstone (50 minutes to the park - 80 minutes to Old Faithful). Big Sky also has a number of very good restaurants (try the Gallatin Riverhouse!) and the resort itself has a number of fun summertime activities, especially for those looking for active adventures. Overall, I'd highly recommend. Its a beautiful and fun place to visit in the summer.

We had to get away from the city for a while, so we opted for an escape to the mountains. This house was beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice at all. It is easily big enough to comfortably fit 2-3 families and still have to room to do separate activities. Personally, I enjoyed being able to curl up in a comfy chair by the fire (inside or out) and enjoy the beautiful views while sipping my hot coffee. Since we were there at a slower time, it was amazingly peaceful. We know that there were others out there, but felt like we had the mountain to ourselves. I can't wait to do it again...maybe even during ski season to get some runs in - the trails that we could see on the drive looked unbelievable!

This place is awesome! It has all the amenities you could need. The hot tub, fire pit and card table were used extensively. Located just a few minutes from town, where you can browse the local shops and pick up groceries, but far enough to leave it all behind. The views of the mountains and valleys are spectacular and access to the slopes is a cinch. The management was also very helpful and polite, coordinating fishing tours and providing wildlife tips (we saw a moose - thanks Chris!). Will definitely recommend this to friends.

This cabin was everything that was described and more!!! We came in the off-season just needing to get away from the city and relax. The amenities of the cabin were great...we cooked/grilled every night. We even had a fox come up and watch us from about 10ft away as we grilled!!! The view from the cabin is spectacular and is not to be missed. The cabin is very clean and very well maintained. The people working for the rental agency were so nice and informative of the area and attractions and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. I can't wait to come back and stay here again soon!!!

We had a WONDERFUL time. The staff was friendly and helpful, the cabin was well located and had all the amenities we needed. We had 4 couples and it was the perfect size. You could comfortably fit another couple, but beyond that you would have 4 in two of the rooms. We cooked at the cabin every night and enjoyed the games, poker table, and hot tub. We brought our own groceries and wine/beer. The location was excellent, ski in ski out was good, though there was a flat stretch that snowboarders need to unhook and skate on. All and all a wonderful trip and we look forward to booking this cabin or a bigger one next year.

What a great place to stay in Big Sky. It has everything you need to be able to have a worry free vacation. The cabin looked brand new from top to bottom and had all the amenities from a hot tub to a ski boot/glove dryer. There was plenty of room for the whole family to sleep and play after skiing. The ski"in-ski-out was fantastic. It was just that easy, I skied from the front door to a lift and back to the front door again. I will definitely stay here when I am in Big Sky.

Place was perfect for our family vacation. 2 families, 10 people, plenty of room and space for everyone. This Big Sky condo is everything promised and more. We absolutely loved the spaciousness and homey feel of this wonderful condo, even with the large group. Everything you could ever want/need is abundantly provided. The views were so incredible. Sitting on the deck and seeing the mountains and all the beauty Wyoming has to offer was something we will never forget. We even saw a moose on the parking lot the first day we arrived (not something you would ever see on San Diego). We skied most days and took a day off to enjoy the natural beauty of Yellowstone National Park. Easy, I mean easy, access to skiing for skiers of all levels. Returning home to the HUGE private hot tub was a welcome treat. Our family spent long hours cooking/dining in the chefs paradise of a kitchen while the kids entertained themselves with the variety of games provided. The owners really thought of everything. You can't go wrong with renting this condo!!

Beautiful new house, this place was impeccable. Hot tub overlooked the groomed trail, fire pit does the same on the extra large balcony, could not have asked for a more convenient ski-in/out location, literally skied up to the house and down to the lift. Kids loved watching the groomers operating right outside the windows. And adults loved the authentic poker table! Plenty of room for a large group with two living areas to entertain. Management company did a fantastic job of meeting all our needs! Huge improvement over the older condo's we've stayed at in Big Sky! We will be back! I don't normally write reviews, but we were just blown away on our vacation.

Property Manager: The personnel who I spoke with on the telephone several times prior to our visit were helpful and friendly. The ease of renting along with the check-in and out process. We needed a service person on the day we arrived who showed up promptly and took care of the problem. Property: We loved staying in this home, located in a beautiful setting of Big Sky. The dcor of the home is tasteful and homey. We loved the large public spaces so our family never felt camped with three young boys and 8 adults. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the views from the hot tub along with the wild life that strolled by. The large deck with fire pit was a great place to relax after a busy day of hiking or visiting Yellowstone.

Property Manager: We are a well experienced ski group which picks a different location each year. We have traveled together for the last 10 to 12 years. Our group varies from usually 7 to 10 people. This year we were 8. Our group is made up of both men and woman. No children..... This is our third trip the Big Sky in the last 8 years. Big Sky offers the most diverse terraine which in my mind compares to Vail without the crowds or on mountain expenses. Our house was more than spacious for our 8 and could have easily housed more if needed. We found the benefit of a ski in ski out home more than worth the few dollars you would save being further away from the mountain. The house and our booking agents ( Big Sky Vacation Rentals) were fabulous. The agent leaves no questions unanswered... example: easy payment on line, great pre arrival follow up with directions, timing on arrival day as well as exiting instructions. Any needs or questions were answered quickly. We wanted more firewood and it was at the house by the time we got back from skiing. The house is well appointed and our group loved our stay and will probably be back to Big Sky within the next couple of years and definitely rent this house again from Big Sky Vacation Rentals Property: Highly recommend this house for a large group. Comfortable and fun. All aspects of the house worked well for our group. Over many years, this house was the most expensive we have had and was well worth the cost. Loved the ski in ski out benefit.

Property: Perfect Family Location- We had a perfect family week in this upscale cabin . The Big Sky staff were excellent. There were 8 adults/4 kids from 4 families. Plenty of room. Super kitchen and BBQ grill. The best feature is the fire pit. Every night gatherings on the huge deck for stories and laughter. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. Property: Awesome escape from the city- We just needed to get away and relax away from the city. We came between seasons and enjoyed the peace and quiet and solitude that this cabin offered. It has a great location that is right by the slopes and has a great view of the mountains and valleys right off the porch. We enjoyed cooking/grilling each night in a very well furnished and equipped kitchen. The pictures of the amenities and comfort are right on...this place is spectacular!!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to getaway, hike in nature, or ski during the season. I cannot wait to come back during ski season and enjoy a perfect cabin in a perfect location. All I can keep saying is WOW .

Property: Great trip!!! Our group of 10 spent 3nts in Powder Ridge. I spent countless hours on line looking for the perfect rental. I think we found it :) The home was incredible! Plenty of room and great location for those that chose to ski. It was also nice being such a close drive to restaurants. Cabin 29 is at the end of the road, and this was great for parking (we had a large snowmobile trailer and multiple cars) I think some of the other cabins this may have been a problem (just with the quick look I had). I cant say enough about the incredible service we received from Big Sky Vacation Rentals Inc. from the first call I made, they were friendly and eager to make the most of our vacation. Someone was there to meet us upon our arrival and answer all of our questions. We'll be back and next year I wont spend hours on-line! I'll be making a call to Big Sky Vacation Rentals!!! Thank you thank you!!!

Property: You'll never find a place like this in Colorado, Tahoe or Utah- I've been hearing great things about Big Sky, Montana for years now so we finally took a family ski trip there. We were not disappointed. I've skied many of the resorts in Colorado, Tahoe and Utah ... Big Sky Montana is now my new favorite. First of all, this house is perfect ... 5 stars all the way! Right on an access trail so you can snap your skis on and ski out (and ski directly to the back door for lunch or at the end of the day). The kitchen, great room and lower level family room are well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also comfortable and quite cozy. The garage was a big plus for keeping our rental car under cover since it snowed every day we were there. A slope side house like this in Colorado would be way out of our price range, but we found Big Sky to be very affordable. The management team was and absolute delight to work with and went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was flawless. We are already talking about going back next year and we will absolutely stay in this same cabin.

This cabin is another great option off of Oglala rd. We stayed at the cabin next to it 2 months earlier. As with our other experience the cabin was well stocked, management was very helpful and responsive, the cabin was very comfortable, furnishings were as advertised, and the location is completely ideal, especially if you have younger kids that need a safe easy access to the lifts on their own.
