We brought our family to Big Sky for our annual vacation. We were a bit surprised when we had to climb the three flights of stairs, but loved the view once we got settled. Perfect arrangements for our family. Each group had a room and there was plenty of space for everyone. Loved having so many bathrooms, washer/dryer. Couldn't have been better!

Property Manager: Overall booking , arriving and departing were great. Property: This was the most expensive weekly rental I have ever rented. I realize you are paying for location. The property is in need of some TLC but understand as rental owners may not want to paint and think about carpeting yet. The dishwasher never worked properly while we were there. I did report this so hopefully it got fixed. There were some dark spots on ceiling above kitchen sink area (not from us). I wasn't sure if there was recycling or not. I did really appreciate the basket of goodies - p towels, dish tabs etc. That was a relief to not need to purchase for one week. We enjoyed the fireplace as well. The view was wonderful.

This property is a little dated but you can't beat it for easy ski/out in Big Sky. I have stayed at various rentals on the mountain but this one is by far the most convenient. It holds a large group with ease.

The house was perfect for a large group, and the location was great. Not too far from Yellowstone and Bozman if you there in the winter, just steps from Basecamp. There are several stairs to get to the front door it wasn't a big deal for us. Lastly, the beds were very comfortable, and that's a big deal! I would stay there again.

The condo was the perfect size for the 12 of us to enjoy each other's company and still have our own space. The young adults enjoyed being able to walk to shopping, food, and entertainment.

Beautiful location at base of the ski hill, with great views of the mountains and valleys. Good amount of room and amenities for 4 couples. Convenient check-in process, but impersonal. Very good overall experience.

in past tears we've stayed outside of the mountain village. This year we made the leap for a ski in ski out location and couldn't have been happier. The place lived bigger than expected and was a perfect location for our group. We'd definitely stay there again.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 teenagers. It was a great location and the house is wonderful. An easy walk to the mountain village and ski on ski off could not be beat. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking.

Property Manager was really responsive, flexible and easy to deal with. The heated garage was perfect for getting ready for the slopes. Walk 20 yards, clip in and the day was underway! Will stay again.

Beautiful condo with amazing views off the patio, and a hot tub that was perfect to unwind in after hiking all day. The staff was very attentive, and the condo was well kept. Definitely reccomend this condo for any big families, we had 8 in our party and we still had beds left over. Look forward to coming back in the winter and doing some snowboarding. Loved every minute of it. Be prepared to climb up a couple steep flights of stairs to get to the condo.

We were thrilled to have such a wonderful place to stay for our family reunion. The bedrooms were perfect for those with small children or those wanting quite time. The kitchen was well stocked including spices (unexpected plus) and we enjoyed eating together. Being close enough to Yellowstone was also a big plus. All involved gave a thumbs up for staying. Our only sad note was when we left several of the grandkids cried because they didn't want to leave.

Excellent location! Roomy and well stocked. Beautiful views! We had to call for a disposal issue and the service was almost immediate with a phone call afterwards to make sure the issue was addressed.

We are a group of about 8 retired military officers (Army, Navy and Marines) who have spent at least a week every year skiing together and have done so for decades. Each year we have a meeting to decide where we want to go the following season. To make a long story short, we decided to go to Big Sky for the 2012-2013 season and have voted to come back to the same resort every year since- in fact, we already have dates and reservations already for the 2016-2017, which will be our fifth consecutive year. As the group member who was volunteered to be in charge for the 2012 season, I was lucky enough to find Book Big Sky as the agency through whom I rented and have been working with them ever since. Their attention to detail and accommodating manner has made this now-annual transaction a breeze and a pleasure. I do not have any financial or any other obligation to Book Big Sky but I cannot give them high enough marks- six stars on a five point scale would still be an understatement. This is by far the best rental company I have ever worked with and it really helps that they are a local company in Big Sky. We have always stayed in Beaverhead and our unit is ski-in, ski-out. The unit is HUGE and there is more than enough bedding for each guy to have his own rack. The kitchen is the best stocked- in cooking utensils, spices, etc- of any condo I have ever rented. That is not to say that there is every spice you might ever need but there are many more than the basics. The full-sized washer and dryer are furnished with plenty of detergent, bleach dryer sheets. That may not sound like much, but it sure makes life easier than having to run around to get supplies that you only need for a short vacation. It is that kind of attention to detail that makes a huge difference. If nightlife is of key importance, the mountainside area is not a place to stay. There is no village/town like Aspen, Whistler or St Anton. However, this is a skier's mountain from intermediate groomers to double diamonds off Lone Peak. There are a few bars and restaurants at the base and more in the Meadows area so you can get some good apres-ski fuel.

We were 4 guys staying here for a conference. Unit is very spacious, well stocked and nice decor. Really appreciated the heated garage for storing and changing into ski gear. Could ski right to garage door, and walk about 100 feet to ski hill to start the day. Big sky vacation rentals were easy to deal with and provided very good communication. Would highly recommend this place.

We stayed here during a conference and it was fantastic. Great place for large families/groups. Short walk to hotel/conference center. It was huge and really nicely furnished. However, the best part was the service of Big Sky Vacation rentals. They made the entire booking process seamless. They even had an in-person welcome to the unit to show us around. Made a great stay even better!

Our condo had great access to for ski in/ ski out. Very large condo( we used 1/3 of beds available) Loved our own spa in unit, it was located in its own room with windows that opened on three sides.it had a real wood burning fireplace with plenty of firewood available. .big sky vacation rentals provided us with shuttle rides all week ,much appreciated by our group . We booked rides to and from restaurants and ski shop for ski rentals.. The ONLY downside is that it is on the third floor with no elevator..

Great place- nice, clean, wood burning fireplace was cozy. Some places say they're ski in/ski out but there is annoying walks uphill, etc. This place was a true, easy ski in/ski out. I would highly recommend it!! Btw- If you're booking a flight, stay away from United, they were a comedy of errors, lost my ski boots, flight delayed so missed our connection in Denver. They wanted to put us on a next day 10 hour flight from Denver to Nashville through all kinds of cities. I would take Delta if you can.
