Walk out the garage and behind the home a short distance before putting on skis. Ski around the corner onto the groomed access trail behind the cabin and cross over the White Otter Skier Bridge. Follow this trail along the White Otter Chair lift to the bottom to load the lift. There are a few sections of flat that may require poling or skating. (Green access)
From the top of Swift Current, ski Jay Walk to Lower Morning Star. Once on Lower Morningstar, ski past the first set of Powder Ridge signs and take a left at the SECOND set of Powder Ridge signs. Follow the signs towards the White Otter access. Once on White Otter Access, immediately exit the trail to the left next to Claim Jumper 16 to access your rental prior to crossing the White Otter Access Bridge. (Green access)

The home was great for our group of 16. The location was fantastic for accessing the mountain. Even with lower than normal snowfall, the home was still skied in-ski out the fourth week of March. Booking and communication while we were there were easy with Big Sky Vacation Rentals.

Property Manager: The property management were extremely easy to work with & very professional. The house was spotless and turnkey ready for us to enjoy ourselves when we got there. Property: Gorgeous brand new home that comfortabley fits 4 families of 4. It has a fun 3 story ski chalet floor plan. The home has a hot tub on the back patio the can hold 5 adults in our party comfortabley. The patio is approx 30 feet from the edge of the nearest trail. Ski in/out access doesnt get much better and easier than this. We loved it for this summer visit, but it is especially designed and built for a ski vacation. Property: This house was perfect for our group of 13 adults. The house is a true ski-in / ski-out but may requiring a small amount of skating for slow snowboarders like myself. It is less than 5 minutes drive to the mountain village. Public transportation is limited in Big Sky so a car is definitely needed. I was thankful that the staff convinced me to rent a SUV before I arrived. The house is well equipped. The hot tub is fabulous. I can't imagine finding a better home in Big Sky. Property Manager: Positive - website was accurate and easy to navigate. All interaction with staff - be it via email, text or phone was pleasant. Property: Loved the home - great location and layout was perfect for our group of non-skiers, snowboarders and skiers. Nicely decorated and really well-equipped. There were a few (minor) things that were supposed to be provided that we didn't have when we checked in, but staff took care of those items in a timely manner. Property Manager: The how was amazing but also really appreciate the rental company with the small tablet in the house that provided info, offering to help with specific directions to and from the slopes and a so very clean home.
